2012 West of England Regional Championships

New Forest Brass have been promoted to the third section!

At the West of England championships in Torquay, we were handed an early start as we were drawn to play as band number 1. We were pleased with our performance of the English Folk Song Suite, by Ralph Vaughan Williams, which was awarded 10th place by the adjudicators. Our 3-year aggregate score is the best in the fourth section, so we will be playing in the third section next year. Three years of hard work have paid off - well done everyone!
