 | Back contesting again!27 November 2021 After almost 2 years out, we returned to the contesting stage on Saturday, taking part in the Wessex Brass Band Association winter contest at Poole High School. We played Philip Harper's 'The Mermaid of Zennor' and received a trophy for coming 3rd in the Second Section, as well as finishing 12th in the overall placings. |
 | First gig in almost 18 months raises over £300 for charity7 August 2021 A wonderful afternoon of music making at Sunnyfields Farm, Marchwood, as we gave our first public performance since the start of the Covid pandemic. We collected £342.88 in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, a fantastic cause close to our hearts. It was great to be back playing in front of an extremely enthusiastic audience. Thank you to Tom, Ian and all the team at Sunnyfields for your support in helping us get back to banding. |
 | We are back!14 June 2021 After a 15 month break due to the Covid pandemic, we are finally back rehearsing. Thank you to Sunnyfields Farm Shop for letting us use their enormous marquee so that we can rehearse in a socially distanced manner with plenty of outdoor ventilation. |
